As a method to raise energy awareness, IDEAS chapters have worked with engineers and scientist on their campus to create “Bike-powered generators” that charges applicances.
In the Spring of 2010, IDEAS UCF decided to make them for the Greenwaves 2010 Music & Arts Festival at UCF.
