Intellectual Decisions on Environmental Awareness Solutions for Artistic Representations Towards Sustainability (A.R.T.S.)

A.R.T.S. is a passageway through which creative individuals can express and generate awareness for environmental issues, sustainability, upcycling and renewable energy.

Mission
To provide a link for artistic/creative individuals that will educate, engage and empower students and the community; enabling them to generate global and environmental change.

Vision
A.R.T.S. will grow into a national agent for the sustainability movement. Together with IDEAS, the A.R.T.S. campaign will provide an outlet for artists, musicians and writers to partner with organizations and the community; generating awareness and passion about environmental issues.

Upcoming events

UCF Chapter: 1st Thurdays event at the Orlando Museum of Art

To kick off the semester, A.R.T.S. will be hosting an Eco-Friendly Art Competition. The selected winners will have their work featured at the                  1st     Thursdays  event at the Orlando Museum of Art!

This amazing opportunity will give students chance to express their beliefs regarding environmental issues, while excelling professionally by having their work featured at one of the most high traffic events the OMA conducts.

SGA &CAB GreenWaves Event
A.R.T.S. will take in active role in the outdoor design and aesthetics of the SGA&CAB Greenwaves Event (TBA)

Education
A.R.T.S. aims to launch a project to public schools that teaches (K-12) art classrooms about sustainability and how students can use their artistic talents to spread awareness.
