IDEAS For GADeF (Ghana)

GADeF (Global Alliance for Development Foundation) as a non-profit youth development organization, exists to create and ensure sustainable development and management of youth and communities’ initiatives through capacity building and networking, promotion of efficient partnerships for grants and resources allocation, promotion of youth volunteering services and education and advocacy on the natural resources and environmental sustainability.

Description:

GADeF invests in the extraordinary potential of young people. Founded in 2008 and registered in 2010 as a Youth Development Foundation, GADeF builds and maintains a worldwide community of businesses, governments, and civil society organizations committed to empowering youth to be healthy, productive, and engaged citizens. GADeF programs are catalysts of positive change that helps young people obtain quality education, gain employable skills, make healthy choices, and improve their communities.

GADeF at Rio+20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development

GADeF a convenor of UNEP Youth Climate Report initiative will be establishing chapters in Africa Countries, Global Mining Communities,Ghana Institutions and communities.

IDEAS members will have opportunity to join the UNEP Youth Climate Report by writing reports of the IDEAS activities and interviewing people involve
